Keith Michaelson is a Partner with Schaffer Consulting, where, for more than 25 years, he worked with leadership teams to design and facilitate performance turnaround and cultural change programs in financial services companies, manufacturing businesses, and major electric utilities.

Originally trained in computer engineering, Keith’s early experience was with a start-up software development company and an early personal computer retailer. The master’s program at the Yale School of Management led him first to the OD department of General Motors and then to Schaffer Consulting.
