John Pancoast is an Affiliate of Schaffer Consulting. He specializes in post-acquisition integration.
Building on an educational background in economics and business, he
works with leaders to successfully implement new strategic directions,
improve operational performance, and lead organizations during periods
of significant change. He also has extensive experience working with
corporate leaders in Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and
Information Technology to increase their strategic contribution and
optimize the cost of corporate staff functions.
Earlier in his
career, John spent several years developing marketing strategies for
industrial and consumer goods firms in the US and overseas, focusing on
developing market entry plans for European and Japanese manufacturers
seeking to build businesses in the U.S. Among the corporations he has
served in recent years are global leaders in banking, insurance,
publishing, consumer packaged goods, and pharmaceuticals.
John earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he focused on Marketing. He earned his A.B., with distinction in economics from Dartmouth College, where he minored in French.
