Andrew brings a versatile approach to a variety of client challenges, including developing and executing strategy, business model innovation, reducing complexity, merger integration, and executive alignment. He is often called upon in situations where success requires groups to come together and address challenging issues that span company, functional, and affinity group boundaries. His sharp focus on results helps diverse groups of stakeholders effectively engage and align on clear courses of action.

For over twenty years, Andrew has collaborated with executives and Boards at distinguished organizations worldwide, including PepsiCo, Merck, Con Edison, Providence Health & Services, ING, PhRMA, and the World Bank.

Prior to his time at Schaffer Consulting, Andrew helped lead business integration for Bowne Enterprise Solutions and spent several years consulting as part of Accenture’s strategic change practice.

Andrew has lectured at Columbia University, and is currently a Visiting Lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He teaches executives what it takes to successfully execute strategy and achieve results in complex environments, including merger integration and alliances. Andrew holds an MBA degree from Kellogg, with concentrations in Management & Organizations, Strategy, and Marketing. He received his BA in Political Science from Duke University.
